PLACING ORDERS AND SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped five days a week, Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 2 PM (CST) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM (CST) will be shipped the next business day.

METHODS AND TERMS OF SHIPPING

  • All orders in the United States are shipped via FedEx Express Saver (all orders arrive in 3 business days, not including the day the order was placed) unless requested to be delivered to a PO Box then it will be shipped USPS 3-5 Day. Delivery to a PO Box is NOT available on orders outside the United States.
  • Shipping Charge: Orders have a base shipping charge of $12.50 or the actual cost of shipping if it is higher.
  • Any shipments outside of the United States, please call for shipping information.
  • FedEx overnight delivery is available for orders place before 2 PM (CST). The actual cost of shipping will apply regardless of order total.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • The account may pay by credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa) at the time the order is placed.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

  • Products may be returned for an in-house credit. All product return requests will require the healthcare provider that authorized you to purchase from PD Supplements to call or email us with approval for the return for an in-house credit.
